Oil on Canvas 11*14
This is a scene that I created from a bunch of photographs and remembered dusk sky, I noticed the moon rising over the horizon when I was coming home from a scouting trip and I thought that would work in a painting.

First winter scene
oil on board 8*10
I found this stream out on 3 point road I simplified the painting and tried rearranging the scenery to make the painting work better.

Yellow Fields of Autumn
Oil on Board 8*10
I found this scene coming back from the Leighton centre where they accepted to show three of my painting for the gallery woo hoo
I have paintings in a gallery cool.
This photo is a little bit darker than what I want but I really liked the yellow fields and dramatic sunlight that I was painting in. there were cows that came over the field and they were almost yellow as well with the sunshine hitting them.

Last light

This is one my largest paintings to date, I completed it recently as I wasn't sure how to take it to the next step.
it worked out ok in the end.

Fish Creek Park
Oil on Board 12*16
this is a plain air sketch the biggest I have done so far, I painted this place earlier in the month and I wanted to go back and change a few things before I lost all the golden tree leaves.

Golden Light

Golden Light at the Fishcreek Park.
Fishcreek park and its shadows, I liked the Shadows and the shapes of the tree branches.

Little run off river Beaver flats.
10*12 oil on Board
This is a painting that is literally 180 degrees from the other painting. I just turned around and painted what was behind me. I liked the rocks and the light hitting the back and the little cool trees.
I just wanted to try some thing different so I just went for it big block in colours big brush and I had fun with this one.

No longer Beaver Flats
8*10 oil on board
This is in K country, this used to be a wide expanse of grassland next to the river but as the floods came along the Beaver flats got toasted, so a river runs through it with little rivers branching off.

Here is a place I have wanted to paint for a while,
in the background I did some editing a massive freeway bridge is in the back with the trees kinda is a monstrosity but after editing this turned out ok I love the Autumn colours.
